* you choose your Airline – American, United or Alaska. Enter your mileage # and take off.

You receive one (1) Semler Mile for every 2,000 steps you walk daily. Every Semler Mile converts to five (5) Airline miles. There is NO limit on how many miles you can earn! Your airline miles accrue for the month and are deposited in your Airline Account the first part of the following month.
